AZUL COBALTO

"Azul Cobalto" is an original short film from the studio, directed by Tomás Peña, written by Ana de Alva and made for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival: a magical-realist horror story set in Usera, in the south of Madrid.

Dani is a shy rapper who only says what he means when he rhymes. When his music starts to take off, fame does something literal to him: the people who love him want a piece of him. And they take it. Clean breaks, no blood, no scar. Chen, the neighbour who has known him all his life and now runs his career, replaces every missing part with white porcelain painted in cobalt blue, the seams sealed in gold. Alba, Dani's girlfriend, tells the story. She is the only one who prefers the real Dani, and she watches him disappear one piece at a time. The film follows Dani. It belongs to Chen.

Every frame is generated. The short was built shot by shot in Higgsfield using Cinema Studio 4, on a pipeline designed to keep a cast consistent across a whole film: character sheets designed and locked before a single scene was generated, location plates of real Madrid streets, one fixed prompt architecture for every shot, camera moves written as physical operator actions rather than digital transitions. Spanish costumbrismo and everyday magic, in 21:9 with film grain and a voice-over in Spanish.

No camera, no set, no actors. The whole barrio, rebuilt frame by frame.
